Swapping Ingredients

a fundamental piece of my health success story

Myself, my family, & my clients have lost weight, decreased inflammation, & changed our health drastically in the past several months. We didn’t get here by counting calories. Or with GLP1s. Or with working out/being more active.


We got here by shifting the focus to ✨health✨A major part of that came from 𝙨𝙬𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨. We didn’t want to give up the foods we loved and, for me, restricting always led to a vicious cycle of overdoing it once my willpower ran out.



We eat pasta, baked goods, chocolate, tacos, pizza, & more and genuinely don’t feel like we’re missing out on anything. The “catch” is: we changed out the ingredients in our favorite foods. 



When you order a recipe conversion or a custom recipe, I'll take out inflammatory ingredients, all gut-unfriendly foods, & anything that forces your organs (liver & heart to name 2) to work harder than they should. You'll be on track to heal your gut, cure things like insulin resistance & blood sugar issues, you'll lower inflammation, & you'll lose weight while still eating things you actually really love.
